HMO Coverage for all employees
For 2022, a total number of 3,850 regular employees who enrolled as principals benefited from the Employee Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage, along with 2,691 dependents consist of the members of the employees’ immediate families. The HMO provider, acquired through competitive procurement enabled all principal enrollees and dependents to access healthcare and medical benefits such as inpatient services, outpatient services, and emergency care. Contract Period with the provider began 24 April 2019 to 23 April 2021, extended while procurement for ongoing provider is ongoing to ensure continuous service to the employees. The new contract awarded to the same provider who was declared as the winning bidder after the procurement process, shall serve the contract from 24 September 2021 until 23 September 2023.Corporate-Wide Anti-Flu Immunization Program
The Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) initiated a corporate-wide inoculation of anti-flu vaccines in December 2022 to keep the Pag-IBIG employees protected against severe cases of influenza. A total number of 3,587 Pag-IBIG Fund regular employees corporate-wide were vaccinated.Weekly HR Bulletins and Advisories
The Pag-IBIG Fund Human Resources Service Group (HRSG) also ensured that all its employees are kept updated through the release of HR Bulletins. Every Pag-IBIG employee are able to acquire accurate information on health, safety, benefits and wellness activity through the HR Bulletins sent through their corporate email addresses and e-bulletins launched as start-up in Pag-IBIG issued desktops/workstations. Through the weekly health bulletin, all Pag-IBIG Fund employees are apprised of the information about how the Fund (from officers to employees) must cooperate to continue to protect themselves from the virus, and keep themselves healthy. In 2022, ninety-six (96) HR Bulletins were released by the HRSG.Pag-IBIG Medical Team
To ensure that adequate and immediate medical care is given to employees in case of emergency, Pag-IBIG Fund acquired the services of in-house medical personnel which consist of doctors/consultants, nurses, dentists, and a nutritionist. Webinars are also conducted regularly to keep the Lingkod Pag-IBIG updated with the latest developments on COVID-19, and other relevant health information.
